Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZABÉ Cosmetic website (zabe.au) and your engagement of any consultation, treatment, or other service provided by ZABÉ Cosmetic ("ZABÉ," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, making a booking, or receiving a treatment from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

ZABÉ Cosmetic is a longevity and aesthetic medicine clinic operating in Queensland, Australia, offering cosmetic injectable treatments, dermal therapies, and longevity medicine services including testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and medical weight loss, delivered by qualified medical practitioners.
2. Nature of Our Services
All medical and aesthetic treatments offered by ZABÉ are provided by, or under the supervision of, appropriately qualified and AHPRA-registered medical practitioners or registered nurses. Treatment is only provided following an individual clinical consultation and assessment. Nothing in these Terms creates an obligation on ZABÉ to provide treatment to any person, and we reserve the right to decline to provide treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it is not appropriate or safe to do so.
3. Website Content Is Not Medical Advice
The content on our website, including treatment descriptions, blog articles, and FAQs, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for a personalised consultation with a qualified medical practitioner. You should not rely on website content to make decisions about your health or treatment, and should always seek individual clinical advice from us or another qualified provider.
4. Bookings and Consultations
Online bookings reserve a consultation appointment time only; they do not constitute the purchase of a specific treatment. During your consultation, our practitioner will assess your suitability for treatment and discuss an appropriate treatment plan, including pricing, which is confirmed at the time of consultation. Please arrive with accurate and complete information about your medical history, as this affects both your safety and treatment suitability.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows
We understand that plans can change. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so the time can be offered to another client. Late cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be advised to you at the time of booking or confirmed in your appointment reminder.
6. Treatment Risks and Informed Consent
All medical and cosmetic treatments carry some level of risk. Before undergoing any treatment, you will be provided with information about the relevant risks, expected outcomes, and alternatives, and will be asked to provide informed written consent. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and any other information that may affect your treatment or safety.
7. Results and No Guarantee of Outcome
Individual results vary depending on factors including your unique physiology, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. While our practitioners will provide their honest clinical opinion about likely outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results from any treatment. Any before-and-after images shown on our website or in our clinic represent individual results and are not a guarantee of your own outcome.
8. Payment Terms
In accordance with Australian healthcare advertising regulations, we do not advertise specific treatment prices on our website. Pricing is confirmed during your consultation based on your individual treatment plan. Payment is due on the day treatment is provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods advised in clinic.
9. Eligibility for Certain Treatments
Some treatments offered by ZABÉ, including testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and medical weight loss medication, are only available to clients who meet specific clinical eligibility criteria, confirmed through consultation and, where relevant, pathology testing with an AHPRA-registered doctor. Eligibility is determined on an individual basis and is not guaranteed by browsing our website or making a booking.
10. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to ZABÉ Cosmetic and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

12. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms, payment processors, and product manufacturers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party website, and inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZABÉ Cosmetic excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation, including in relation to services provided by a registered health practitioner.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ZABÉ Cosmetic against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website, or your provision of false or incomplete information in connection with a consultation or treatment.
15. Privacy
Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information, including health information, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about your treatment or experience with us, please contact us directly so we can work with you to resolve it. If you remain unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Health Ombudsman (Queensland) on 133 646 or via www.oho.qld.gov.au, or with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) where the complaint concerns a registered practitioner.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

18. Changes to These Terms
